How the process looks like?

  • Step 1: You can contact us through email, phone call or simply submitting your request for a quote. (Submit your website request here).
  • Step 2: When you agree to the quote, we will set up an account in our website for you to communicate more effectively and efficiently. The account will allow us to exchange a large volume of digital materials (images, texts, contracts…). Also, it will allow you to keep track of timeline, updates, progress of the project and also financial information.
  • Step 3: We will start to research materials for your website. This is the step when we communicate with you the most to fully understand your business or your vision to ensure we find the best way to achieve what you want to do. It is crucial that we understand what we are creating. We don’t just do what we are told. We want to know how what we do help you to achieve your goal. This step usually takes 1 weeks.
  • Step 4: This is the step when we need your materials such as graphics (if you prefer to use your own), texts, media files…
  • Step 5: After receiving all the materials from you, we will start to build your website with your close provision. Nothing will be make final without your approval. This step usually takes about 2 weeks. The exact time depends on the size of the website.
  • Step 6: When all the above steps are completed, you will have 2 weeks to make final changes to your website before it goes 100% live.
